Lacquer Love: Claire's Mood Nail Polish: Peaceful/Confident

Yesterday I went to the mall with my sister and I decided to check Claire to see if I could find their mood polishing. They were $ 5 each, but they had a purchase of an asset on the front half. Both times I dry matte. I do not know each other, but I'm used to it horribly. It was really thick and striated. If you went to the same place twice, it would remove all of the Polish side. Ultimately all dried gently, but because of the uneven application I need 3 layers.
