That dress became the launching pad to a business journey that Miller said she couldn't have planned any better.

Compliments over the dress poured in, and the closet of Olivia, now 6, got more crowded with new pieces. Looking for a way to share her newfound passion, the Powell stay-at-home mom opened a shop online via Etsy for her girly, fairy tale-like designs appropriately named Lil Miss Muffin.
