Editor's note: Last spring, Preservation Worcester's “Creative Cottages and Decorated Dwellings” tour featured several houses, including the home of Joseph Murphy and Mark Spuria. Worcester Living photographed the house, and talked to the couple about its restoration. In the fall, Mr. Murphy, an interior decorator who had a passion for architecture and older homes, lost his battle with pancreatic cancer.
